REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be considered by Bodh Lifestyles LLP(operating as BodhXfit) for services purchased through the website bodhxfit.com or at our physical facility.

1. General Policy on Fees

1.1. Non-Refundable Basis: All membership fees, class fees, personal training charges, and other purchases made for services provided by BodhXfit are generally considered non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, fees for monthly, quarterly, or annual membership subscriptions and prepaid class packages.

1.2. Statutory Exceptions: Refunds will only be issued if explicitly required by applicable Indian law or if a right to a refund is expressly stipulated in your individualized Membership Agreement.

 

2. Case-by-Case Refund Requests

2.1. Management Discretion: BodhXfit acknowledges that exceptional circumstances may arise. All requests for refunds that fall outside the statutory requirements or the terms of your signed Membership Agreement are processed on a case-by-case basis.

2.2. Submission Requirement: To initiate a review for an exceptional refund, the member must submit a formal request in writing via email to the management team.

  • Required Details: The request must clearly state the reason for the cancellation or refund request, the amount paid, and the supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificates for injury-related requests).

2.3. Review and Mutual Agreement: Refund decisions based on exceptional circumstances require discussion, review, and mutual agreement with the management of Bodh Lifestyles LLP.

  • Review Process: The management team will review the request based on the specific circumstances, membership utilization, and administrative costs incurred.

  • Final Decision: Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the sole and final discretion of Bodh Lifestyles LLP management.
